  • Deposits?

    Deposits are required for any appointment at Illusia Tattoos. They are non-refundable and non-transferable. They are used for the safety of our artists. Each artist has their own policy in regards to their deposits.

  • Cancellation Policy?

    Each artist has their own policy in regards to reschedules, however no-call no-shows and last minute cancellations will result in the forfeit of your deposit.

  • What if I'm running late?

    Please make sure to directly get a hold of your artist if you’re running more than 10 minutes late to your appointment. Running behind could potentially result in a shorter session as well, depending on the artists other appointments and obligations. If you’re more than 30 minutes late, this could result in a reschedule dependent on the artist.

  • I'm sick and my appointment is today/soon, help!

    Please reach out to your artist if you’re sick or getting sick. We would rather reschedule than have you in the charge (For your health and safety and for our artists as well). Your deposit at that point will be left to your artists discretion.

  • I changed my idea before my appointment, what do I need to do?

    Communicate with your artist as soon as you know you want to change your idea. This could potentially cause a reschedule if the artist needs more time to work on your design and the artist might request another deposit.

  • My artist doesn't show me my design before the appointment, why?

    We do this for several reasons:
    1. All of our artists have different systems in place for our design process. Some work months in advance, some the week or night before, and some a bit of both. We take our design process very seriously but we cant guarantee we will have the design completed until your appointment.

    2. We have had clients take our designs to other artists in the past, because they “do it cheaper” or “give them a hookup”. Which is just left of our time and effort.

    3. Too many chefs in the kitchen. It’s really easy for friends and family to give input into a design that’s meant for you, not them. <3

  • What if I don't like the design the artist did for me?

    We take this very seriously! At the end of the day, it’s going on your body so please speak up if you don’t like a certain element of the design or if we didn’t hit the mark in what you were imagining for your art.

    We will always take the time to make any changes or edits to your design. However, if its a complete re-do of the design or if you change the idea entirely, the artist may reschedule the appointment or ask for another deposit depending on the situation. We want this to be perfect for you!

  • Hands, Face, & Neck Tattoos?

    We do offer these as services, however it is completely up to the artist if they wish to take on that project.

    We also don’t offer free touch ups on hands, feet, face, or neck tattoos.

  • Do you tattoo or pierce under 18?

    Tattoos and piercings are up to the artists discretion. Please contact an artist directly with those inquiries. All documentation and parental consent will be required.

    We do take care of your kiddos piercing needs! However, we only pierce kids ears when they are able to give vocal consent. We also have limitations on certain cartilage areas due to growth!

  • What won't you tattoo?

    We do not tolerate any hateful speech or symbols in our shop.

  • We have the right to refuse service to clients.

    Any discriminatory or hateful speech will not be tolerated in the shop. We take the safety of our clients and artists very seriously. Please be respectful!
